Spotted: Deepika Padukone With Vin Diesel, Is It Time For Deepika’s Hollywood Debut?

Will Deepika Padukone be teaming up with Vin Diesel for XXX: The Return of Xander Cage? Something tells us a big announcement may be on its way . . .
The Bajirao Mastani actress recently shocked fans by sharing a picture of her hugging famous Hollywood star Vin Diesel with the logo of his hit movie XXX in the background; she really knows how to tease her fans.

After getting rave reviews for her recent film, Tamasha, is Padukone getting ready to set foot in Hollywood? She did turn down a role to star in Furious 7, though, so some people are not setting their hopes too high just yet.
According to sources of PINKVILLA, Padukone was auditioned by the casting director for XXX: The Return of Xander Cage so we're thinking that the audition plus her posting the picture with Vin Diesel is a sign.
It wouldn't come as a surprise to see Padukone on Hollywood screens. With an all-time career high, back to back Bollywood films like Happy New Year, Piku, Tamasha, and upcoming Bajirao Mastani, it's only natural that other opportunities would come knocking for such a versatile actress.
Amidst all the commotion and rumours about Padukone acting alongside Vin Diesel, the Riddick and Furious 7, the star posted a video on Instagram where he was seen with casting director Mellisa McCarthy (who was rumoured to have auditioned Padukone).

The XXX franchise includes Vin Diesel as Xander Cage who is turned into a spy. It was confirmed that the filming of the third part of the franchise would begin in December. Padukone is currently busy promoting for magnum opus Bajirao Mastani and we can only wonder if she did in fact cast for the third installment of XXX, what would her role be? Leading lady? Foreign villain? The possibilites are endless.
While we hold our breath until the release of Bajirao Mastani, and wait for confirmation on Padukone's Hollywood debut, we really hope that the man in her picture is in fact Vin Diesel, and not a bald-headed Salman Khan.
