International Swiss Contortion model Louann Von Brochwitz and Once Upon A Time Again starlet Sonakshi Sinha have both joined forces with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
Brochwitz who is no stranger to controversial poses drawing attention of millions with her polemic extreme posing. She is also known as the modern 'Atomic Age Pin-up Girl' and 'High Fashion Contortion Model.'
She began modeling at the age of 14 and has been known for her unique powerful package as beauty with brains – a mathematician with gleaming hotness – who is able to bring nerdiness and passion for mathematics to look sexy.
On a demand internationally, Brochwitz completed her Masters degree in mathematics at a university at Berlin. She will begin her PhD in Mathematics at a university in California this September.
For now, she is teaming up with PETA to participate in the campaign against animal cruelty. She has been doing her part by boycotting cosmetics that are tested on animals and factory farming, not wearing furs, and is most passionate against caging animals!
For the passionate cause, the edgy model posed in a tiny cage for the latest campaign in which she posed in front of a factory wall. Photographer Jerry Fill was in charge of leading the shoot. He said, “As you look at Louann, with her legs, arms and face neatly folded in that tiny cage, the visual commentary on animal cruelty is unmistakable."
Represented by Pole Position Management New York, Louann “LouLou” is the only High Fashion Contortion Model and with her unlimited physical flexibility, she has been realized for her talent of creating unlimited physical flexibility.
Fans often are reminded of the famous TV series The Big Bang Theory and suggest, “Louann looks like Penny and talks like Sheldon.”
She was recently featured on Fox News TV and her work has been shown in Maxim U.K and has worked with premier magazine issues like Glamfreak or Vegas/Rated Magazine.
On a similar note, Dabangg actress Sonakshi Sinha posed with her canine friend, Bambi . The print ad was shot by lead photographer Russi Modi. Along with the print ad, Sinha spoke against animals especially homeless dogs being sterilised.
In this one-minute video (posted below), she urged everyone to adopt these animals and save them from the horrors they face on the streets and offer them a sheltered and loving space, which they can call home.
She also was reminiscent of her beloved dog, Nancy, who has since passed on but had spent 14 years with the 25-year-old actress. She is passionate about this cause because she wants every individual to adopt a homeless dog or cat and get them sterilised!
Do you feel both the campaigns from different parts of the world, featuring very different women, are equally powerful?
