Mud run competitions and obstacle races have become more trendy and popular sports all around the world with all types of mud races that include mountain climbers with a twist or just to work on your cardio muscles with require their own training, preparation, and post-race recovery. During the mud run, the participants are forced to be one with nature – they are put through tough obstacles that require perseverance and strength as they crawl through dark tunnels that are sometimes even 50 feet long! During the mud run, be prepared to get down and dirty! You may be required to crawl through concrete pipes filled with muddy water or getting over a net wall to show the strength of your muscles and the strength of your body!

Before The Race
