The Canadian diva is coming back for her throne! Listen to the studio version of Celine Dion's brand new single, 'Loved Me Back To Life', the title track and first release from her upcoming album (her first English language album since 2007's 'Taking Chances'), which is due in stores November 5th via Columbia Records.
Sony Music Entertainment Canada announced the release of 'Loved Me Back To Life', the highly anticipated new album from multi-diamond-selling and five-time Grammy® Award-winning musical legend Celine Dion. Celine debuted the song in a live performance during a concert back in July. Check out the video and teaser clip of her recording the song.
Celine Dion's dubstep remixes of earlier days have been ironic, now the singer is seen to plunge into post-irony ages because this latest song, 'Loved Me Back To Life' is about a restless, dubstep-inspired electronic beat beneath her signature vocal.
'Loved Me Back To Life,' written by acclaimed Aussie electro-pop singer Sia, does not convey the usual contemporary sound, but much of a current vibe. The 45 year old Dion told Billboard that her new album, also called 'Loved Me Back To Life' and her first English-language album in six years, will be her "edgiest" to date.
The edgy album will include her cover of the Daniel Merriweather and Adele duet 'Water And A Flame' as well as songs wrtten by Ne-Yo, Babyface and Play Production, who have worked with EDM star Avicii.

"For maybe 10 years it was all about, 'Who's gonna hold a note longer? Who's gonna sing the note higher?' And that's what the industry demanded. It's not that we were in competition with each other. None of the singers who were doing that stuff wanted that," Dion said. "So for me, [the new album] is very, very different. I'm using my bedroom hair, bedroom voice."
'Loved Me Back To Life' offered Dion the chance to work with a team of exceptional producers and songwriters including Ne-Yo, Diane Warren, Tricky Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Eg White, Daniel Merriweather, Babyface, Audra Mae Butts, Play Production, Eman, Janis Ian, Danny Mercer, Andrew Goldstein, Shaffer Smith, Jessi Alexander, Tommy Lee James, Corparal, Sauce, Kyle Townsend, Dana Parish, Andrew Hollander, Aaron Pearce, Kuk Harrell, and Walter Afanasieff. The album’s single and title track was written by Sham & Motesart and Sia. In addition, Ne-Yo and Stevie Wonder lend their incredible talents as Dion’s duet partners.
