We list here some extremely weird, bizarre, and downright stupid world records.
Largest(and only) Airplane Eaten
Michel Lotito(pictured) has a very unique(weird…lets say) ability to chew on and eat pretty much everything, and this includes delicacies such as razor blades, glass bottles, light bulbs, virtually anything with sharp edges. He topped it off by eating an airplane – a Cessna 150 over a period of two years. He bit, chew and ate all the glass portions directly off the plane, and broke down the rest of it with various tools before pushing those through his digestive system as well. He died of natural causes(and not of this, surprisingly) at age 57.
Fastest Weight Gain
New Jersey’s Donna Simpson had already weight an enormous 602 lbs in 2010, and got the idea to set up a website where people can watch her eat junk food and put on even more weight. Her aim was to be the world’s heaviest woman by 2012, and had as little exercise as possible while consuming 20,000 calories a day. Her Christmas dinner in 2010 by itself was a staggering 30,000 calories. As of 2011 she is not pursuing the dream of weighing a 1000 lbs, perhaps due to financial reasons or fear of an early death.
Squirting Milk From Eyes
Turkish Ilker Yilmaz has a knack for squirting milk from his eyes. This he turned into a world record, by projecting milk out of his eyes over a distance of 9 feet and 2 inches. How? We don’t quite know or understand.
Cycling Backwards While Playing Violin
60 km in five hours and nine minutes, spent cycling backwards while playing violin, is the current record held by Christian Adam. He broke his predecessor’s record doing so, which means this happens to be a popular activity.
Most Number Of Massages
Phuket(Thailand) holds the world record for the most number of people getting massaged – at 584 people getting massages by 584 masseurs. We just ask, why? Why this record?
