Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon along with jewelry designer Roopa Vohra launched a jewelry line in Mumbai on Oct. 18.
The Bollywood actress said, "I thought I have a good taste in jewelry so why not launch my own jewelry line? It's the festive season and I am giving others competition," she added.
During the event, Raveena told the media that she decided to create her signature line after being encouraged by her designer friends which included Roopa.
"I just decided, let's try it and it's kind of went well," The Bollywood Show quoted her as saying.
Several Bollywood celebrities including Shamita Shetty, Divya Dutta, Amrita Arora, Mehr Jesia (Arjun Rampal's wife), Poonam Sinha (Sonakshi Sinha's mother) and Shabana Azmi, Dia Mirza, Mandira Bedi, Madhoo, Pooja Bedi and Singer Sunidhi Chauhan among others were present to show support.

Fellow actress Shilpa Shetty, and good friend to Raveena made a point to also show her support as she had two events the same day and was caught wearing the same outfit to her husband, Raj Kundra’s book launch too.
