Both actors Tusshar Kapoor and Sunny Leone helped to launch the new item song from Sanjay Gupta's forthcoming film 'Shootout At Wadala' in an event which took place Mar 2013.
SHOOTOUT AT WADALA is the true story of the gang wars in Bombay. The story revolves around an incredible 3-way face-off between a dreaded gangster Dawood, the charismatic gangster Manya Surve, Inspector Isaaque Bagwaan and the first encounter killing in Bombay. It's a prequel to the film 'Shootout At Lokhandwala' which hits May 1st 2013.
History:
In the early 90's Bombay witnessed what we call today the infamous Lokhandwala Complex shootout.
The gunbattle which occurred between seven notorious gangsters in a four hour long shootout was termed as India's "first daylight encounter". Conducted in full view of citizens and telecast by the BBC, The horrific incident ended in the deaths of all seven gangsters, including Maya Dolas, Dilip Buwa and Anil Pawar.
According to ShootoutAtWadalaOfficial to date more than 820 encounters have been recorded. Shootout at Wadala lets movie goers know where it all began and who started it.
