Sports Royalty, Hollywood & Bollywood, Join Forces For Toronto All-Stars NBA Weekend
Showbiz Feb 11, 2016
From Snoop Dogg to Ranveer Singh, Toronto gets ready for the ride of a lifetime.
It all starts tonight with the 2016 All-Star Celebrity Game — USA versus Canada, coached by comedian Kevin Hart and Grammy award winner Drake. Watch actors Jason Sudeikis and Nick Cannon take on Canada's Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott.
Friday night fun doesn't stop there. The City of Toronto is crawling with celebrities, and there are plenty of star-studded parties to attend. Word is that Gwen Stefani and Usher will be performing at the top secret Friday Night True North VIP experience party. Maxim is having an All-Star party at Muzik nightclub featuring Snoop Dogg, Kardinal Offishal and NBA legend Shaquille O'Neil!
Kanye West's ex-girlfriend Amber Rose and Rob Kardashian's current girlfriend, Blac Chyna, will be at Stadium Nightclub for All-Star Weekend. Kevin Hart is throwing not one but two parties in Toronto — the Celebrity Basketball Game After Party at Roy Thompson Hall on Friday and Players Ball on Saturday with Chris Paul. You can catch rappers 2 Chainz, Fabolous and Lil John hosting at the city's hottest nightclubs all weekend.
Watch your favourite basketball players fight it out on All-Star Saturday Night. Ne-Yo and Nelly Furtado will sing the American and Canadian national anthems, respectively, on Sunday before the NBA All-Star Game. If watching Kobe Bryant and Chris Bosh weren't enough, Sting will also be performing at the halftime show!
Jay-Z and LeBron James 2 Kings dinner is rumoured to be held in Toronto during All-Star Weekend. Our sources tell us that Deepika and Ranveer will be making special appearances in Toronto as well!
Toronto is pulling out all the stops for the first All-Star game outside of the United States. Tune in to watch your favourite celebs and basketball idols for a historic event!
