Could marriage be in the cards for Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh?
Rumour mills have been abuzz with reports that one of the hottest couples of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, will tie the knot next year.
Hot gossip really does spread like wildfire, and this evident when with it comes to relationships on the down lo as it would seem with these two starlets.
Though the pair has never made it official, it's safe to assume the two have being spotted together many times, including spending some quality time together in Mumbai.
"They're very serious about one another. When they're in public they pretend to be just friends. But away from prying eyes they don't care to hide their feelings for one another. When it began, neither of them realised how serious they would get about each other," said a director that has worked with them both.
The entire crew of Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do is allegedly aware of how the couple feel about each other, following Padukone’s trips to visit Singh on set.
"Ranveer was shooting with us in Istanbul. When she suddenly showed up on location I was like… is she doing a guest appearance? That’s what I asked Zoya. She gave me a funny look. It was only then that we came to know Deepika was there to meet Ranveer. I have heard from Zoya's other actors they are thinking of tying the knot next year. Not that is of any concern to me. But all the best to them," said an actor working on set.
An on-screen kiss shared between the two / whoa
The couple have worked together in the past, in the bollywood flick Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela their on-screen chemistry was intense, and the two have been linked together in the press ever since. The next film fans will see the pair in is the historical romance Bajirao Mastani, also directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
If there is a wedding planned to take place in 2015, it won’t be a secret for much longer.
