May 09, 2017

With Mother’s Day on the horizon we give you top tips to regally celebrate her at Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.

Toronto is an arts and culture hot spot in Canada, and the downtown core is always booming. The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is nestled in the heart of the downtown core and is only a few steps away from some of Toronto’s most happening spots.

Sheraton is proclaiming that with its $120 million CDN renovation in 2015, no expense was spared to ensure that all of the 1,372 guest rooms were transformed into a vision of modern sophistication. The freshly upgraded technology-enabled guest rooms now include wall-mounted 55” flat panel televisions and Sheraton Club Rooms offer another level of service with an array of upgraded amenities and access to the stylish 43rd floor Sheraton Club Lounge.

Enjoy the largest indoor/outdoor heated hotel pool in Canada and stay cool in the summer with a drink and some snacks from the Splash Bar. Relax with the kids and enjoy the weekend poolside.

Ready to host everyone from a couple for a few nights, to a dinner party at its restaurant, or a conference in its expanded conference rooms, the Sheraton is ready for you.

Mother’s Day is coming up and what better ways to show mom you love her by giving her a relaxing break. The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is at the fingertips of lots of the city’s top attractions and the hotel has many deals to get you out and about. Whether it’s popping in for the spa and a bite or spending the night, the Sheraton has an option for you.

“We’re confident guests and meeting planners will enjoy our vibrant redesigned spaces,” said David Connor, the area managing director for Starwood Canada and the general manager of Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.

In-House Mother’s Day Treats

Tucked away on the lower concourse level is the Sheraton’s Senses Spa. Known for its relaxing body treatments with herbs and salts from the Dead Sea, treating mom to a few hours at this spa will see her refreshed and relaxed.

Then head on over to the BNB Restaurant and enjoy a tasty dinner and glass of vino. Or check out the pairing menu for all sorts of delicious treats perfectly matched with the best beverage. Or better yet, have a yummy lunch with mom and then walk her over to her spa treatment while you hang out downtown and wait for her.

If your spa treatment is too early for dinner or you are not that hungry yet, pick up some fresh coffee or juices from the Link Cafe and head out for a day on the town. If the sun is shining hit the pavement and possibly show off your freshly pedicured tootsies or duck away from the rain and escape into Toronto’s underground path system.

Or enjoy a day out and check in later, sip tea in the room, enjoy the new large screen televisions, cozy beds, WIFI, and pop out to enjoy the pools, sauna, hot tub, and fitness centre, or just relax in front of the impressive 2.5 acre Waterfall Gardens.

Mother’s Day Treats That Are Just Around The Corner

The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel  is just steps away from lots of Toronto hotspots including Nathan Phillips Square, the CN Tower, Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Entertainment District, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Four Seasons Centre for Performing Arts, and the Historic Distillery District. The Sheraton Centre Hotel is a prime place to stay for access to Toronto’s vibrant arts, culture or sports scene.

Each of those options offers a unique aspect to Mother’s Day, whether its catching a concert or sporting event, to strolling through historical artifacts or catching the ballet.

To take your stay at the Sheraton one step further it has a number of deals that can help you save a buck while enjoying your stay. The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel and the Mirvish Theatre have a deal for a discounted stay when you purchase tickets for specific shows. On top of that, enjoy a late night bite at the BNB Restaurant when you book this package.

To really experience the full treatment treat mom to a show, an overnight stay, meals at the restaurant, and top it off with a little time at the spa.

Score High Mother’s Day Points With This Tip

Pre-arrange, pre-book, and pay for any of the above options, put the vouchers in separate sealed envelopes with just specific addresses, dates and times for mom to be there. She’ll open the envelopes as her day goes on, you’ll keep mom guessing and it’s like cute surprises throughout Mother’s Day for her to discover.

And if moms can’t quite escape the kiddies, Sheraton offers some kid-friendly options to make the stay great. Add an adjoining room for the little ones for a fraction of the price, if available, and treat the little ones to a free dinner at the BNB Restaurant while you enjoy a lavish dinner yourself. Fun for the whole family and for any need, the Sheraton is  a great choice for an amazing hotel experience.
